My Experience on the Ignite Fat Burning System in 8 days!

In my first 8 days I lost 11 pounds, 2 inches. 
 
I am on the Ignite Fat Burning System, which I am eating 2 - 5 oz turkey breast a day and drinking 3 protein shakes, taking my Xyng and the 2 accelerate caps at 1:00pm and the 2 flush capsules at night before bed.

At one time this year I was over 250 lbs. I am at 215 lbs. and I am going to lose another 15 lbs. 
Just go 8 days on the program and the 9th day Eat 3 meals and then the 10th day start another 8 days again. 

Every 9th day eat the things you felt you missed to fool your body so you can continue to lose more weight.  
Great thing is on my eating day I am not hungry and am eating less. :)

I must admit I have tried everything to lose weight over the last 10 years, now it is as simple as pie with the Ignite Fat Burning System.

Husband is Down 55 Pounds!

CORE4: I’ve Lost 16 Inches and 6 Sizes!

My diet history dates back to my teenage years and the sizes in my closet have ranged from 2-12 over the past 10 years. 

The past 7 years, my weight and size crept up to 170 pounds and I was wearing a size 12 (but I really should have been wearing a 14, I'm stubborn) I tried everything to lose weight! I think I tried every diet out there to lose weight. I was running 20 miles a week and lifting weights along with dieting and I could not lose a pound. 

My doctor was concerned about blood sugar issues and it turned out I was becoming a borderline diabetic. So, what's a girl to do? I continued on hoping my metabolism would "kick in" and I would lose the weight. NOTHING WORKED!

I worked a full day yesterday, about 10 hours, and then my mom came over to help me with some gardening and lawn care.
